Arbiter Registration
Dear Parents) or Guardian(s),
Richland One School District Athletics utilizes an online platform to complete all athletic registration requirements. Over the past several years, we have used Big Teams. Big Teams has recently merged with Arbiter Sports and Arbiter Registration is now the official platform for registering your student-athlete for the 2026-2027 sports season. Although the platform is new, the required athletic pre-participation forms and documents remain the same, just presented in a more user-friendly format.
PARENTS/GUARDIANS: You will create ONE Arbiter Registration Family account and register each of your student-athletes for their respective school's athletic program.
STUDENT ATHLETES: You must be completely registered and approved in Arbiter and meet all academic eligibility requirements prior to participating in sports.
A valid sports physical dated ON OR AFTER April 1, 2026, must also be uploaded in Arbiter as part of the registration process.
Once you have completed your registration, you will receive an email notification to let you know we have received your registration. Students MUST be registered and cleared to be eligible for participation.
If you are having trouble creating your account, receiving the activation email, or logging in, you may contact support at registration@arbitersports.com or call them at 800-311-4060.
We are excited to begin using Arbiter, as this transition provides a simplified registration process to help get your student-athlete ready for a successful 2026-2027 sports season.
